Professional storyteller and storytelling coach Sally Shalabi, who goes by Shalabia Al Hakawatieh (Hakawatieh is Arabic for storyteller), joined us to discuss the art and history of storytelling in Jordan and the Arab world.
We host lectures and cultural activities every week in the Fall and Spring terms, and twice a week in the Summer Intensive programs. The lectures span history, politics, music, literature, journalism, sociology, environmental issues, and much more!
